1. General conditions

All products offered can be shipped to Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands). For shipments to other European Union member states or abroad, please contact us. info@fluture.pro

2. Purchase process

Shopping on our website is very simple: just choose an item, add it to your cart by clicking on the cart icon and process the order.

The price of our items and services is as indicated on our website at any given time.

The data stored in the web database is the property of Fluture.pro and is managed in accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPD). Once the user has obtained their access code, they must select their products, accept the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale, and make the payment through a secure payment gateway. The order will be received at the central office and processed according to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. Shipping costs

The indicated delivery times are calculated in business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) and may be modified by holidays (local or national), or dates such as Christmas, Three Kings Day, long weekends or special promotions.

3.1 Shipping:

  • Shipping will be free for orders within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
  • Shipping costs for orders to the Canary Islands are €12.
  • Shipping costs for orders to Ceuta and Melilla are €8.

Shipments will be made through Correos, with a delivery time of 1-2 business days (provided the product is in stock).

Products whose deliveries require delivery times other than those indicated will be reflected and notified of this particularity.

Once the customer makes the purchase through the website, the order will be acknowledged by email, and the shipment related to the contract will be confirmed, without prejudice to what is indicated below regarding the seller's rights.

The return address is obtained from your customer record. However, when making a purchase, you will have the option to modify the delivery address and add any comments you deem necessary to facilitate shipping. The delivery note or invoice will be included with your order.

If an order is sent and returned to our warehouse, the customer will be offered the option of resending it upon payment of the shipping costs indicated on the order.

4. Payment method

At Fluture.pro we offer the option to make payment via:

  • Credit or debit card: VISA or Mastercard
  • Paypal

The payment method stipulated to formalize the purchases will be selected by the customer through the Website.

The website accepts payments via debit or credit card, VISA or MasterCard, through Stripe's virtual POS terminal. Stripe's virtual POS terminal is a simple, secure, and fast system with the following features:

  • Your credit card details are not stored in any database or similar system. We only store the purchase reference in case we need to process a refund.
  • In this way we offer greater privacy and security to our customers.
  • Upon completion of the payment, the Bank will display the transaction result on the screen, while Fluture.pro will send an email to the email address you provided during registration with information regarding your purchase.
  • If the POS terminal does not accept the card or there has been an error when entering the data, consult your bank for possible reasons.
  • The accepted credit cards are: VISA and MasterCard

If, after payment has been made, an item you have purchased becomes unavailable, Fluture.pro will contact you and issue an immediate refund. To request a refund, please contact us at info@fluture.pro

5. Delivery time

Orders will be shipped via transport companies and will arrive at the address provided by the customer within a maximum legal period of 10 days. Once the customer makes a purchase through the website, they will receive an email confirming receipt of the order and shipment related to the purchase, without prejudice to the seller's rights as outlined below.

Delivery details are obtained from our customer record; however, at the time of making a purchase, you will have the option to modify the delivery address and indicate any comments you deem appropriate.

Product availability will be reflected in the item details, as well as in the shopping cart summary and the order confirmation email.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a person other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) via WhatsApp at +34 614 49 73 53 or email to info@fluture.pro. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period has expired.

6.1. Consequences of revocation:

Returns will be accepted, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. The company assumes no responsibility if the goods are damaged during transit. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the order.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. We may refuse or deny reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send the goods back to us or deliver them within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract.

You will only be responsible for any potential loss in value of the goods if such loss is caused by any handling or manipulation that is not intended to verify the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

6.2. Exceptions

  • If the damage is minor (aesthetic or easily repairable), the product is still usable and is not broken in its main function, the customer will be compensated with a refund of 25% of the value for which the product was purchased.
  • Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made products, unless they have manufacturing defects.

7. Taxes and prices

The prices of the products that are for sale on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT).

8. Order Cancellation

At any time before finalizing the purchase, the customer can go back to the previous page and their order will not be processed. If the purchase has already been confirmed (the customer has received an email thanking them for their purchase and providing a summary of their order), they should contact Fluture.pro via the email address provided. info@fluture.pro or via WhatsApp +34 614 49 73 53 and provide the following information to cancel it:

Customer code or name of the customer who placed the order. Order number. The order will be cancelled as soon as the message is received.

If the cancellation is received after the order has been shipped, the customer must request a full refund.

Fluture.pro reserves the right to cancel orders containing products that are out of stock and therefore cannot be supplied to the customer. Similarly, orders containing products mistakenly listed at a significantly incorrect price, such as products listed with no monetary value (€0.00), will also be canceled. In all such cases, Fluture.pro will refund the full value of the purchased products as soon as possible.

9. Warranty

All products offered through the website are original brand products and new UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

If you are contracting as a consumer, you are entitled to free corrective measures in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods. In this regard, THE COMPANY will be liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three (3) years of delivery of the product.

Products are understood to conform to the contract provided that (1) they match the description provided by the store and possess the qualities we have presented on this website, (2) they are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily put, and (3) they possess the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that can reasonably be expected.

To claim under the warranty, the User must contact THE COMPANY at info@fluture.pro, specifying the defective product(s), attaching a photograph, and a detailed description of the defects. Upon receiving this notification, THE COMPANY's team will contact the customer to explain the next steps.

The warranty will not be valid in the following cases: (i) Products subject to wear and tear conditioned by use or other natural wear and tear, as well as product defects attributable to failure to observe the instructions for use, misuse, impacts, overloading, insufficient maintenance or preservation, or incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service where applicable; (ii) Product defects caused by the use of accessories, supplementary parts, or spare parts that are not original parts; (iii) Minor deviations from the prescribed condition that are not significant to the value and suitability of the product.

Any product that has been tampered with or handled by personnel other than THE COMPANY or the distributed brand will be automatically excluded from the warranty.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the option will be repair, replacement of the item, price reduction or refund, under the legally established terms.

For all purposes, the delivery of the product will be considered to have been made at the time indicated on the delivery note.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For any legal matter or issue concerning the Website https://fluture.pro or any of its dependent entities, Spanish law shall apply, and the Courts and Tribunals of the buyer's domicile (Spain) shall have jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from or related to the use of this website, and, where applicable, the Arbitration Tribunals to which THE COMPANY is affiliated at the time the dispute arises.
