About the founder

For me, happiness is dedicating effort and commitment to a purpose and feeling that you are progressing and getting closer to it every day.
Being able to transmit this spirit of self-improvement to the students and help them achieve it is what truly motivates me.

I'm María del Barrio, a flute teacher, and I've developed this tool to help in the flute learning process. Adapting this innovative methodology significantly improves student progress, effort, autonomy, and interest, as well as the quality of in-person classes.

The initial learning stages are fundamental in acquiring positive habits that will last throughout a musical life. That's why Fluture was created: to take care of these significant details in the short and long term of instrument study.

With these resources we want to transform the way we teach, and engage students in a more satisfying practice dynamic, with goals and objectives to achieve based on effort, motivation and enjoyable practice.

The most important time for progressing with the instrument is not the time spent in class (in class, you refine the technique, give some pointers or basic tips), the fundamental time is the time the student spends with themselves in their own practice: learning how to study, what to focus on, what to overcome in each exercise...

"Such a crucial aspect of learning cannot be left to chance; it needs to be addressed and adapted from the beginning so that it can be naturally integrated into students from the earliest stages of their educational development."
